Si elle est plus calme pour le leader, qui contrôle les deux Subaru, la deuxième journée fait encore beaucoup de dégâts avec notamment les retraits des deux Stobart de Gigi Galli et Henning Solberg.

L’écremage en règle permet à Conrad Rautenbach d’occuper la cinquième place. Trois Groupe N figurent également dans le Top Ten.
